How do I reserve an Apartment for future stay and what do I need?
You can call our reservation team on 02033274142 or email us at email@example.com to book or enquire availability, once confirmed to secure the apartment at Chelsea Bridge Apartments, we will take 25% of the total stay balance. This amount will be charged when the reservation is received. The credit/ debit card and ID that matches the card must be presented on arrival. Remaining payment may be taken with the same or another card on arrival.
What is the £250 Security deposit?
On check in guests agree to a pre-authorization to be made on their card to be used in case of any outstanding balances.
Can we smoke inside the apartments or in premises?
There is no smoking within the building and a fine will be implemented should guests not adhere to these rules. Smoking is allowed on balconies and outside the building there is a sheltered area for smoking.
Do you allow pets in the apartments?
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed within the building.
Does Chelsea Bridge Apartment provide cleaning?
Yes we provide daily housekeeping, guests are responsible for cleaning all kitchen crockery equipment as per health and safety regulations, as dishwasher is provided in most apartments. Housekeeping will be responsible for linens and general clean up only.
Does Chelsea Bridge Apartment provide Breakfast?Yes, you can request, directly at the reception, Full English or Continental Breakfast at £8.00 per person.
What time is check out, Can we check out late?
Check out is at 11am late check out can be arranged please do ask at reception or contact us before arrival, the surcharge for arranged late check out is at £25/hour, this must be requested in advance.
How many visitors can we have and what time do visiting hours stop?
We do allow guests to have visitors, up to a maximum of three visitors, provided the apartments stay in good condition, and the guest accepts responsibility for any damaged caused by their visitors. Visitors are allowed to stay until 11pm, other arrangements can be made at the manager’s discretion.
Do you have any parking space?
We do provide parking for our guests which is securely gated with in the premises where a member of staff is available 24/7, parking fees is £ 25.00 per day.
What time does the reception close?
Reception is available 24/7. We also have a security to patrol the building during the night.
If we are more than 4 can we request an extra bed?
Yes, we provide extra beds, that is to say inflated mattresses both single and double for extra guests. Every extra guest is charges £ 35 per night, provided that we are informed of their stay in advance or during booking process.
Lost Property: Lost property can be requested at reception up to 4 weeks from departure day. Object not claimed will be destroyed after that time.
Cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 7 days prior the arrival date. 100% after this period.
